Students work in the bakery learning marketable job skills. They fill orders, make sales, and provide catering for events.
Students are prepared for jobs in the food industry. They learn classical culinary techniques and receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
Our Tier 2 Bakery Students receive Customer Service training by serving the Baked Goods they've made to the public. All proceeds benefit the Downtown Hope Center.
Integrated into our Culinary Program we use healthy ingredients to meet the nutritional needs of our guests. The garden is abundant with kale, chard, parsley, herbs, and much more! The garden is maintained by volunteers.
